We are looking for an administrative officer to join our Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) in the West area, cross covering our St Albans and Dacorum teams to provide comprehensive administrative support.
The Post holder will be based at any of the two sites :
Marlborough School (St Albans)
Astley Cooper School (Hemel Hempstead)
Office working is required as well as travel to other HPFT sites.

You will co-ordinate information, provide administration and clerical support in order to facilitate the effective running of the service for the West teams. This will include diary management, comprehensive management and inputting of data such as opening service user records, minute taking, meeting preparation, and ensuring maximum efficiency of processes. It is essential that you have GCSE in English Language and Mathematics Grade C or above or equivalent.

You will be proficient in the use of a wide range of IT packages, have experience of organising and prioritising diaries and schedules, and experience of organising and taking minutes in meetings. You will have good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and on your own initiative to achieve deadlines.
