Due to internal promotions and continued success we are looking to employ a part time viewing representative to support our sales teams.
We can promise the successful candidates the opportunity to work in a diverse role with the support and training to have a fulfilling career. The role holder will initially be responsible for carrying out viewings and showing prospective clients around properties in the week and on a Saturday. This position will potentially offer further viewing days and offers longer term prospects, with the opportunities to get involved in the sale/letting of residential and commercial properties.
Working as a key member of the team, this role will suit an individual with excellent customer service. It is vital you are comfortable working independently, have flexibility to work some weekends and have a keen interest/ passion for building a career within estate agency. The successful candidate must have the following skills/ experience coupled with a desire to learn!
- Excellent customer services and telephone-based experience.
- The ability to communicate professionally and confidently to wide range of customers
- Good time keeper and organised
- The ability to work both weekends where needed and work independently.
- Self-Motivated with a desire to succeed
- A driving licence and access to your own car (fuel re-imbursed by the company in line with GOVT rates)
