The County Hotel, Chelmsford is looking to recruit a hard working Kitchen Assistant to work as part of our back of house kitchen team, full-time.

The Company
The hotel is a 4 star city centre 58 bedroom hotel, featuring the award-winning 1 AA Rosette Samphire Restaurant with busy conference and banqueting facilities in the heart of Chelmsford.
The Role
This job role will be working mostly in the plate wash area and pot wash section of our busy kitchen.
There will also be occasions where you will be required to lift and transport various heavy items within the hotel, in addition to looking after the general maintenance of the hotel including outside garden areas.
Ensuring the kitchen is always kept clean and meeting correct hygiene standards is a priority within the role.
Experience
Experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage, however full training will be given.
