Duties
- Lead the development of complex software applications using technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Angular, React, Node.js, and Python, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Design and implement robust APIs and web services utilizing REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON to facilitate seamless integrations across platforms.
- Develop front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and UI frameworks to create engaging user experiences.
- Manage database design and optimization for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and other NoSQL databases while writing efficient T-SQL, PL/SQL, and ORM queries with Entity Framework or Hibernate.
- Implement microservices architecture leveraging Azure, AWS cloud services, Docker containers, and Kubernetes for scalable deployment.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability across all applications.
- Collaborate within Agile teams using Scrum methodologies while utilizing version control tools like Git, GitHub, SVN, and TFS to manage code repositories effectively.
- Participate in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including UML diagrams for system architecture and workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development with a strong command of languages such as C#, JavaScript, Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails or Python.
- Extensive knowledge of front-end development frameworks including Angular and React along with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap for UI/UX design.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS for deploying scalable applications.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server (T-SQL), MongoDB or Oracle (PL/SQL).
- Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), MVC architecture patterns, microservices design principles, and API development (RESTful & SOAP).
- Proficiency using IDEs like Visual Studio or Eclipse alongside version control systems including Git or SVN.
- Knowledge of application security best practices including authentication protocols and data encryption techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues through debugging tools and performance profiling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
