This Is Leadership in Action.
This is not just a senior badge.
This is shift ownership.
This is accountability.
This is safeguarding done properly.
At JTA Residential Care, our Senior Residential Support Workers set the standard.
You will be the person others look to during difficult moments.
You will be the one who ensures practice remains safe, structured and Ofsted-ready.
You will lead from the front.
There will be swearing.
There will be shouting.
There may be tears.
But there will also be progress, laughter, breakthrough moments and the quiet pride of knowing you helped a young person regulate instead of react.
