We are looking for an enthusiastic & flexible Customer Administrator, preferably with Digital Print experience, to join our team, working between 09.00 – 17.00 in our SE1 studio. The customer administrator will talk to customers (& suppliers) face-to-face, over the telephone and via emails to answer print product related questions. This can include duties such as providing pricing, order entry, estimating delivery lead-times and chasing up scheduled deliveries via our couriers.
Role Objectives:
Handling daily enquires (customers and suppliers) via telephone, emails and walk ins including:
- Manage email communications with key customer accounts
- Pricing and quotations
- Ordering paper stocks
- Order entry
- Creating production jobs for the in-house Production Team
- Invoicing customers
- Taking cash & credit card payments
- Booking couriers for deliveries and collections
- Manage delivery timelines
- Supporting the Production Team as required and, from time-to-time; Finishing, collating orders, picking & packing

- 5 years’ experience within a customer administration role
