We are looking for experienced Electricians to support a busy responsive maintenance team delivering damp and disrepair works across social housing properties in the Salford area.
Due to a significant increase in electrical works, particularly fan overhauls, fan renewals and fan installations, we require skilled operatives who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality work within occupied homes.
Essential Requirements:
- ECS Gold Card (Installation/Maintenance Grade)
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Testing & Inspection Certificate (2391 or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic DBS Check
Desirable:
- Previous social housing experience
- Experience working within responsive repairs, damp and disrepair programmes
