Join our vibrant breakfast service team as a Breakfast server. where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable mornings for our guests! In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, taking their orders with precision, and ensuring every breakfast experience exceeds expectations. Your energy and attention to detail will help set the tone for a fantastic start to each guest’s day, making you an essential part of our welcoming environment. This paid position offers a dynamic work atmosphere where hospitality and guest satisfaction are at the forefront of everything you do. Must be able to work 4 days out of 7 days a week from 7am-3pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and seat them comfortably in the dining area
- Take accurate breakfast orders, offering recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and service
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy mornings
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing exceptional guest services and resolving any concerns swiftly
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing orders and bills accurately
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest services with a friendly, positive attitude
- Upselling skills to promote menu items and enhance the guest experience
- Familiarity with culinary practices and kitchen workflows enhances team collaboration
