Part-Time Personal Assistant / Property Administrator
Pay: £12.71- £13.00 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week
Schedule: 3 days per week, 9:00am–2:00pm

About the Role
I am looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Personal Assistant / Property Administrator to assist with the day-to-day running of my property and business activities.
This is a varied, hands-on position. You will act as a PA and provide general secretarial and administrative support, while also helping with tenants, properties, appointments and other business matters.
I am looking for someone who is proactive and can become a dependable right-hand person who helps keep everything organised and running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to emails
- Managing my diary and organising my schedule
- Booking appointments and meetings
- General PA, secretarial and administrative work
- Sourcing properties and researching potential property investments
- Arranging and attending property viewings
- Meeting tenants when required
- Liaising with tenants, letting agents, contractors and other contacts
- Keeping records of rent payments and rent arrears
- Following up outstanding matters and providing updates
- Receiving and following up tenant maintenance requests
- Scheduling repairs, appointments and property visits
- Visiting and checking properties
- Assisting with property inspections and check-outs
- Driving to local properties and appointments when required
- Making telephone calls and following up enquiries
- Keeping business paperwork and information organised
- Carrying out other reasonable PA and business administration duties as required
About You
The right person will be:

- Confident speaking to tenants and other professionals
- Professional and appropriately dressed when representing the business
- Comfortable using email, calendars and general computer systems
- Able to communicate professionally by telephone, email and in person
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
- Willing to take responsibility and follow tasks through to completion
- Comfortable travelling to properties and appointments
A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred due to property visits and appointments.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, Secretary, Property Administrator, Lettings Administrator or similar would be an advantage.
Working Hours
3 days per week
9:00am–2:00pm
15 hours per week
The specific working days can be agreed.
Pay:£12.71- £13.00 per hour
