Front of House Assistant
Wildernesse Club in Sevenoaks wishes to recruit an enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our team delivering friendly and professional service to Members and Guests.
Remuneration: £24,500.00 to £28,000, plus gratuities, life insurance, company pension, food on duty & training.
Responsibilities
· Welcome Members, Guests and Visitors
· Assist in serving in the Bar, Restaurant and Halfway Hut (including social events and private functions)
· Serve food and drink in a professional and courteous manner
· Follow Club policies and procedures
· Accurately deal with transactions
· Maximise departmental efficiency, particularly during quiet periods
· This role requires evening work
Person Specification
The ideal candidate would possess:
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Enthusiasm and initiative
Hours: 40 hours/week (including Bank Holidays, weekends and evenings).
