ABOUT THE ROLE
The Duchy Arms is a new venture from the team behind the Sekforde pub in Clerkenwell. It is a new food led concept, mostly working outside helping with table service in our beautiful beer garden.
Our entire kitchen set up will outside and all cooked on a brand new texas style smoker/BBQ. We have a great selection of craft beer, interesting wines and great cocktails. If you are really passionate about food and drink this could be the place for you.
We are looking for someone who is available on the weekends.

What you will do
- Friendly and welcoming to customers, creating good relationships with the customers
- Explaning to customers what food and drink we have on offer and upselling when possible
- Liaise with kitchen on stock and specials
- Responding to feedback from the guests and reacting
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the pub
- Managing table bills and taking payment
About you
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Good with people, able to create good rapport quickly
- Passionate about food & drink
- High standards for appearance and cleanliness of the bar
