We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 3 IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) Window Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level window cleaning operations on tall buildings, using IRATA-certified rope access techniques to reach difficult areas safely and efficiently
- Perform detailed inspections of windows and building exteriors, identifying any damage or maintenance needs during cleaning processes
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and that of team members during high-risk tasks
- Operate specialized equipment, including ropes, harnesses, scaffolding, and cleaning tools, with precision and care
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate work schedules, report progress, and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, safety checks, and equipment inspections for compliance purposes
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and mentoring them in advanced rope access techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Technician with certification from the IRATA organization or equivalent recognized body
- Strong knowledge of high-rise window cleaning methods, safety standards, and equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively within the team and with clients
- Valid driving license to facilitate transportation between sites when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and maintaining professional conduct at all times
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards
- Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks involving climbing, lifting, and prolonged periods of working at heights
