Role Overview
Sales & Market Development – Conduct market research, respond to customer feedback and market trends, and work with senior management, marketing teams, and manufacturers to develop and implement effective sales, merchandising, advertising, and promotional strategies.
Operational & Administrative Management – Oversee the efficient operation of departmental administration systems, ensure compliance with company policies and employment conditions, authorise sales invoicing, and maintain building and asset security.
Financial & Stock Control – Manage departmental profitability by controlling expenses and overheads, purchasing used vehicles within approved stock limits, maintaining vehicle stock standards, and ensuring accurate stock records and documentation.
Performance & Compliance Monitoring – Collaborate on performance planning, implement prospecting and follow-up systems, and regularly monitor key performance indicators including sales volume, operating profit, debtor levels, stock limits, CSI scores, housekeeping standards, and regulatory compliance.
