Van Delivery Driver
£30,420 Basic Salary + Up to £500 Annual Bonus
Express Foodservice is an established food wholesaler based in Littlehampton, supplying restaurants, takeaways, schools and cafés across the South of England. We're looking for a reliable Van Delivery Driver to join our transport team.

The Role
You'll be driving one of our Mercedes Sprinter 3.5-tonne refrigerated vans, delivering frozen, chilled and ambient food products to restaurants, takeaways, schools and cafés across the South of England.
Some days you'll complete deliveries independently, while on others you'll assist one of our HGV drivers with larger deliveries.
We deliver throughout the South of England, including London, Birmingham, Leicester, Norwich and Manchester. Full route training will be provided before you'll be expected to complete these routes independently.
Your Responsibilities
- Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Contacting customers where required
- Collecting customer payments where required
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Assisting HGV drivers when required
- Liaising with our transport office throughout the day
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following company health and safety procedures
You'll need:
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A reliable and professional approach to work
- The ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the day
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
