Overview:
We are seeking a keen and friendly individual to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery of drinks
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Assist in closing duties as required
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or bartending is not required as full training is given.
- Interest in variety of drinks.
- Ability to hold a conversation is a must
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Reliability is a must.
- MUST be available to work throughout the year. This is not a summer/holiday job.
Join our team as Bar Staff and enjoy a relaxed, comfortable, adult environment. We are a wet only pub and children are not allowed at any time. Regulars are a mainstay in this pub and enjoy conversation with staff. Flexible in staff rotas to work around personal/uni schedules.
Note: All positions at our establishment are paid positions. Pay is NMW + tips. Over 18's only due to alcohol sales. Internship positions are not available.
