As a Team Member at Dolci Mono Brent Cross, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing and serving premium desserts, beverages, and signature Dolci Mono products. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain excellent product quality, and ensure the kiosk operates efficiently at all times.
Dolci Mono is a fast paced, theatre driven dessert concept focused on luxury, speed, personalisation, and guest engagement. The role requires energy, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Guest Experience
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Engage with guests and confidently explain menu items and promotions. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. Promote additional products through effective upselling.
Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve desserts, drinks, coffee, and signature Dolci Mono products. Follow all recipe specifications and presentation standards. Ensure all products are prepared accurately and efficiently. Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the shift.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
