Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our Work-Based Learning team, you will:
- Promote Apprenticeships: Showcase the value of our apprenticeship programs and attract new participants.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with existing clients to meet and exceed monthly and yearly targets.
- Independent Management: Take charge of your workload, ensuring high standards in training, assessment, and monitoring.
- Industry Impact: Engage across sectors to enhance recycling education and awareness.
- Various sites across South Wales: You will be required to visit several sites across South Wales to assessor our learners.
Qualifications and Desirable Skills:
- Training Qualification: Possess a current adult training delivery qualification.
- Assessor Award: Hold an assessor award (TAQA Assessor, PGCE/PTTLS/D32, D33).
- Environmental Passion: Display interest in environmental issues.
- Industry Experience: Prior work in waste and recycling is advantageous.
- Vehicle: Own a vehicle to travel to sites and have a full driving license.
