Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our Acai Berry stores across London Zones 1–2. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple locations, supporting Store Managers, driving operational excellence, improving business performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving consistency across all stores, implementing effective processes, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence
- Lead a complex, multi-site operation with strong planning, organisation, and execution.
- Drive consistency across all stores through effective processes, reporting, and operational standards.
- Ensure all locations achieve high levels of performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance business performance.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and team members.
- Build a positive culture focused on engagement, accountability, and high performance.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to help teams achieve their goals.
- Monitor performance and support improvement plans when required.
Store Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Ensure stores consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Support teams in resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of brand presentation and service quality.
Stock Management & Compliance
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and ordering processes.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
- Implement operational procedures to maintain smooth and efficient store performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as an Area Manager, Multi-site Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple locations within food, retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience driving sales, improving performance, and managing operational standards.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and business processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions.
- Flexibility to work across different locations, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
