Job Title: Production Operations Supervisor
Salary: £32,136 with an excellent benefits package
Location: Salford
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 14.30 - 22.30 (Initial 4 week shift of 06.00 – 14.00 while training)
We're looking for an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to lead our production teams and ensure the safe, efficient and compliant repackaging of pharmaceutical products. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused leader who enjoys driving performance, maintaining high quality standards and developing high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of approximately 60 production colleagues.
- Coordinate daily operations to deliver production plans and achieve operational targets.
- Ensure GMP, quality, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Coach, develop and motivate Production Zone Leads and Operators.
- Work closely with Quality, Warehouse and Print teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading medium to large teams.
- Strong communication, organisational and people management skills.
- Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
