THE ENCHARA is a modern aesthetic and beauty clinic based in Cardiff, offering a range of advanced aesthetic, skincare and beauty treatments.
We are looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised Receptionist to join our growing team and become one of the first points of contact for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing clinic and play an important role in creating an exceptional client experience.
The Role
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling enquiries and supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic.
The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with clients, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable discussing treatments, memberships and clinic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients into the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing bookings, appointments, cancellations and rescheduling
- Answering telephone calls, emails and social media enquiries
- Responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally
- Checking clients in and ensuring they are looked after throughout their visit
- Managing the clinic diary and keeping appointment information accurate
- Taking payments and deposits where required
- Explaining our treatments, memberships and services to clients
- Conducting and assisting with consultations where appropriate
- Following up with potential clients and consultation leads
- Supporting the team in converting enquiries and consultations into bookings
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and encouraging repeat bookings
- Handling client concerns or complaints calmly and professionally
- Maintaining client records and ensuring information is kept up to date
- Supporting the clinic team with general administrative duties
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
- Supporting the clinic's social media and marketing activities when required
- Taking an active interest in promotions, campaigns, memberships and new treatments

- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, email and social media
- Confident discussing treatments and membership options
- Commercially aware and comfortable with sales and achieving targets
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- A team player who is willing to learn and develop
Experience
Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or sales would be beneficial.
Experience working within an aesthetic, beauty or medical clinic is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
