Job Title: Team Member - Seaside Splatter

Working Hours
We're looking for two enthusiastic Team Members to join our growing team.
Our studio is open 7 days a week, and you'll work a mixture of morning and evening shifts on a rota basis.
Shift Times
- Morning Shift: 9:30am – 3:20pm
- Evening Shift: 3:20pm – 9:10pm
Shifts are alternated, so flexibility to work both mornings and evenings is essential.
Extra hours may be available to cover holidays, busy periods and special events.

Seaside Splatter is Brighton's exciting paint splatter experience where customers throw paint, create colourful memories and take home their own masterpiece. Every day is different, and yes... you'll definitely get paint on your clothes!
We're looking for energetic, friendly people who enjoy chatting with customers, getting involved in the fun and helping deliver an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a fun, friendly atmosphere.
- Encourage and assist customers throughout their paint splatter experience.
- Prepare the studio before sessions and reset it between bookings.
- Refill paints, equipment and materials.
- Keep the studio clean, organised and safe throughout the day.
- Complete opening and closing checklists.
- Report stock that requires replenishing.
- Assist with creating content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Work independently while maintaining high customer service standards.
Essential Requirements
- Reliable and punctual.
- Friendly, bubbly and approachable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable getting messy and working with paint.
- Creative mindset and willingness to get involved.
- Able to work independently.
- Flexible to work both morning and evening shifts across the week.
- Two references required (one must be from your most recent employer).

- 3-month probationary period.
- Two satisfactory references (including your most recent employer).
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- DBS check.
Notice Period
- During probation: 2 weeks.
- After probation: 4 weeks.
