we are looking for 2 multi-skilled tradespeople to join our property maintenance team.
your roles will be to carry our pre-planned and reactive maintenance works on a daily basis, you could be at 1 job for the week or cover 5 to 10 jobs a day.
the successful candidate will be experienced in the following areas, painting and decorating, carpentry, tiling, plumbing and handyman works, experience with job report systems would be ideal but not needed.
all works are price works, you will be given a price per job and the earning are not capped or limited.
as a business we operate 24/7.
This mean overtime and weekend works are available.
the successful candidate will have there own vehicle or be happy to travel by public transport.
Expenses covered are parking costs only. Congestion charge of the property is within the zone.
Materials for the works will be ordered prior to arrival or once you get on site by our reactive 24/7 office team.
this role requires professionalism and good time keep and job planning.
before any works are started protection must be in place and upon completion the full working area must be cleaned.
A high quality, high standard finish is required on all works.
Payments will be made 2 weeks after on the Saturday provided there are no recalls on works. After 2 weeks your payments will be every Saturday.
Pay: £750.00-£2,500.00 per week
