We’re looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our people strategy across multiple sites. This is a senior role partnering with operational leaders to drive people performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders delivering the people agenda while ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategy with execution in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver the HR strategy

Drive engagement, culture, and performance across a multi-site operation

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, risk management, and UK employment law

Support organisational change, restructures, and transformation programmes

Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes

Drive our training agenda

Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives
About You

Proven experience in a more senior HR role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a multi-site environment

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior leadership level

Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change

Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

CIPD qualified (to L5 or equivalent experience)
