About the Role
We are a dynamic international business seeking a reliable, detail-focused Part-Time Office Administrator to support our London office operations. This role is ideal for candidates seeking stable, structured part-time work with a predictable schedule. You will oversee end-to-end employee administration, office supplies management, compliance audits and recruitment event support, working both on fixed weekly days and pre-agreed monthly slots.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Management
- Prepare workstations and office equipment half a day prior to new starters’ arrival
- Deliver on-site induction support on hire date: welcome new employees, complete onboarding formalities, and issue equipment and building access cards
- Be present full-day on employees’ final working day to verify work handover, collect company property, and process offboarding documentation and approval workflows
- Monthly Office Supplies Stocktake
- Conduct a half-day physical inventory of office supplies at month-end, reconcile stock levels and update digital records accurately
- Oyster Card Audit
- Complete 1–2 days of back-office verification and auditing of Oyster Card records at the start of each month, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Recruitment Support
- Represent the company at offline recruitment fairs, collect and organise candidate resumes and application materials
- Fixed Weekly Administration
- Attend the office for 1 scheduled day per week to manage employee performance review documentation: coordinating signatures, collecting completed forms and filing records systematically
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent spoken English with strong written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical work approach and a strong sense of accountability
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle basic administrative coordination independently
- Punctual and reliable, with stable long-term availability to adhere to a fixed rotating schedule
- Competent in standard computer operations and common office software (Word, Excel, email systems)
