We’re looking for a kind, patient and enthusiastic Level 3 Childcare Practitioner** to join our Treehouse family, working on a **1:1 basis with a child with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).**
This is a lovely opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping every child feel included, understood and supported to develop at their own pace.
The right person will be caring, reliable and confident in building strong relationships, following the child’s individual needs and interests, and working closely alongside our existing team and the child’s family.
Level 3 Childcare qualification
Previous experience supporting children with ALN - desirable
Driver – desirable
A patient, nurturing and child-centred approach
Ability to work positively as part of our friendly team
Part-time position with the opportunity to pick up additional/overtime hours within the setting.

Pay: £10,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
