We're looking for someone to build and scale our TikTok Shop affiliate programme, helping hundreds of creators discover REP and turn great content into real sales.
Your Mission: Build one of the best-performing TikTok Shop affiliate programmes in the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
Finding creators who genuinely fit the REP brand
Reaching out to creators every day and building long-term relationships
Managing affiliate invitations, samples and onboarding
Helping creators understand what makes REP different
Coming up with creative campaign ideas that creators actually want to be part of
Tracking creator performance and building stronger relationships with the best performers
Negotiating collaborations and exclusive campaigns where appropriate
Spotting rising creators before everyone else does
Working closely with our content team to identify winning content styles
Monitoring affiliate performance and constantly improving results
Keeping creator communication fast, organised and professional
Turning affiliate insights into ideas that help grow the wider brand
Who You Are
You spend a lot of time on TikTok and understand how creators and TikTok Shop work
You're confident speaking with people and building genuine relationships
You're organised and can manage lots of conversations at once
You're proactive and don't wait to be told what to do
You enjoy finding opportunities where other people don't
You're commercially minded and understand that great content should drive sales
You pay attention to detail and follow things through
You're comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where things change quickly
You understand this isn't just about sending free products, it's about building partnerships that grow a brand

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
