The Role
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable part-time Customer Support & Fulfilment Assistant to join our small team, working Saturdays.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable retail and e-commerce experience alongside their studies while working with a small independent. Whether you're looking to build your customer service skills, gain insight into online retail, or simply enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this varied role offers plenty of opportunities to learn.
No two Saturdays are the same. You'll be involved in key areas of our online business, including customer service, order fulfilment and stock management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders from placement through to picking, packing and dispatch.
- Preparing parcels for collection by our delivery partners.
- Assisting customers via phone and email with product, styling, ordering and delivery enquiries.
- Supporting the stock team by checking deliveries, organising stock and helping keep the stockroom running efficiently.
- Working as part of a small, friendly team to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is available to work Saturday’s.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys helping people.
- Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail.
- Is confident using computers and happy to learn new systems.
- Has an interest in fashion and enjoys working as part of a team.
