Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily operations within our bar. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high levels of customer service in our family.run restaurant.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimise waste.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Be able to create cocktail 'specials' in line with events.
Experience
- You must have 2 years experience in a similar role in a restaurant environment with the ability to manage the floor at times.
