We have a busy, loyal client base, including a large number of senior (OAP) clients, and we’re known for great service, experienced stylists, and a friendly working environment. With 1,600+ reviews and a 4.8 rating, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team.
The Role
We’re looking for a confident, experienced stylist who:
- Can work with all hair lengths (short, medium & long)
- Is excellent at blowdries, including:
- Bouncy blowdries
- Straight blowdries
- Inward & outward styles
- Is comfortable working with a large senior/OAP customer base
- Is confident carrying out:
- Balayage
- Highlights
- Perms
- Root colours & full head colour
- Delivers excellent customer service and builds long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Hairstylist
- Confident with mature and senior hair
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional manner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about hair and client care
