Part-Time Sales Advisor – Riva Menswear
Location: Knutsford & Stockton Heath
Hours: 2 days per week, with additional hours available during busy periods, holidays and seasonal events.
Riva Menswear is an independent premium menswear retailer with shops in Knutsford and Stockton Heath. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and styling advice
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a personalised shopping experience
- Assisting with merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining high store standards
- Processing sales through the till and handling customer enquiries
- Supporting with deliveries, stock management and general day-to-day store operations
- Representing the Riva Menswear brand in a professional manner at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in clothing, fashion or beauty retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for customer service and premium retail
- Reliable, flexible and able to work independently
- Ability to travel to either our Knutsford or Stockton Heath store as required
