What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
· You’ve got 3+ years in automotive sales and some solid Business Manager or leadership experience.
· You’re a natural leader, a deal-closer, and a guest experience expert.
· You thrive under pressure and love juggling priorities like a pro.
· You’re tech-savvy, process-driven, and compliance-conscious.
· You’ve got a full UK driving licence, a clean Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
A Day in the Life:
· Coach your team to greatness
· Guide guests through finance and insurance options
· Smash targets and track performance
· Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends.
· Be the face of the showroom – greeting, prospecting, and following up
· Take the reins as Duty Manager when needed.
