Green's Power Ltd is seeking an experienced Planner to support the successful delivery of our growing portfolio of power, engineering and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled planning professional with strong Primavera P6 expertise to play a key role in both tender and live project environments.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take ownership of project programmes from pre-construction through to delivery, providing critical planning support that helps drive successful project outcomes.
As Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and managing detailed project programmes across multiple projects. Working closely with Project Managers, operational teams and key stakeholders, you'll ensure programmes remain accurate, achievable and aligned with project objectives.
You will be confident working independently, challenging assumptions where necessary, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing meaningful programme analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.

Produce tender, pre-construction and operational programmes.

Monitor project progress and maintain programme baselines.

Conduct critical path analysis and identify programme risks and constraints.

Prepare programme updates, progress reports and performance analysis.

Support project teams with recovery planning and delay mitigation strategies.

Assess the impact of design changes, variations and project delays.

Assist with project forecasting and resource planning.

Attend project meetings and provide planning expertise to internal teams.

Support extension of time submissions where required.

Drive planning best practice and continuous improvement across the business.
We're looking for an experienced planner who can hit the ground running and confidently manage project programmes without supervision.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a planning role within construction, engineering, infrastructure, mechanical or electrical projects.

Advanced Primavera P6 experience.

Proven ability to create and manage project programmes independently.

Experience supporting both tender and live project delivery environments.

Strong understanding of project controls and programme management principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong Microsoft Project, Excel and Office 365 skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.

Experience working across multiple concurrent projects.
