Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards

- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed to maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Support meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of ingredients to prevent spoilage and ensure freshness
- Serve dishes with attention to presentation and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
- Flexibility to adapt to different roles within the kitchen as needed
