Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Note Taker to support educational sessions, meetings, and seminars. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording discussions, key points, and action items to ensure effective communication and record-keeping. Duties
- Attend scheduled meetings, lectures, or training sessions to take comprehensive notes.

- Organise notes in a logical manner for easy reference by relevant stakeholders.
- Distribute or upload notes to designated platforms or individuals promptly after sessions.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during sessions.
- Assist with preparing supplementary materials if required to support learning or meeting objectives.
- Collaborate with educators or organisers to understand specific note-taking requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to summarise complex information succinctly.
- Experience in teaching or educational settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent listening skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills with clear and professional handwriting or typing ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sessions simultaneously.
