Duties
- Answering incoming calls, booking jobs and coordinating our fleet of lorries to make sure jobs run efficiently.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote organisational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the company environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration or related fields are advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
