Stewart Leisure is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Resident Park Warden for a holiday park in the Lake District, Cumbria.

The Role
As Resident Park Warden, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the park, helping to ensure high standards are maintained while providing excellent customer service to holiday home owners and visitors.
You will be a trusted presence on the park, taking pride in maintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for holiday home owners on a day-to-day basis
- Carrying out regular park inspections to maintain high presentation standards
- Assisting with general maintenance and ensuring the park remains clean, tidy and well presented
- Supervising grounds maintenance and liaising with contractors when required
- Delivering excellent customer service and assisting owners with day-to-day enquiries
- Reporting maintenance issues and helping ensure they are resolved promptly
- Assisting with customer enquiries and occasional park viewings when required, particularly if a member of the sales team is unavailable
- Being a visible and approachable presence around the park
Performance Bonus
The successful candidate will benefit from an attractive bonus structure linked to holiday home sales.
This is designed to reward those who assist with customer viewings and contribute towards successful sales when required. Full details will be discussed during the interview process.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working on a holiday park or caravan park (essential)
- Is professional, approachable and enjoys working with people
- Takes genuine pride in maintaining high standards
- Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Has good communication and basic computer skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence
