Iconic Group Services is a rapidly growing facilities management and building maintenance company delivering planned and reactive maintenance solutions across commercial, industrial, logistics, transport and retail sectors throughout the UK.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Junior Contracts Manager to support the delivery of multiple FM and maintenance contracts whilst developing into a key management role within the business.
This position is ideal for someone with an FM or maintenance background who is looking to progress beyond coordination or supervisory duties and build a long-term career in contract and operational management.
The Role
You will support the management of a portfolio of facilities management and maintenance contracts, ensuring service delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction are maintained to the highest standards.
Working closely with our operational team, engineers, subcontractors and clients, you will be responsible for helping to manage day-to-day contract performance, resource allocation and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate engineers and specialist service providers.
- Conduct client site visits and contract meetings.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Support the preparation of quotations, reports and service reviews.
- Monitor contract performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
- Carry out quality inspections and compliance audits.
- Manage client communications and maintain strong working relationships.
- Support contract mobilisation and project works where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and generate additional revenue opportunities within existing contracts.
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Property Maintenance or a similar operational environment.
- Experience coordinating maintenance works, subcontractors or engineers.
- Good understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance delivery.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Experience working for an FM provider or maintenance contractor.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical or building fabric maintenance services.
- Experience using CAFM systems.
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent H&S qualification.
- Experience attending client meetings and producing operational reports.

Pay: £28,695.35-£45,560.65 per year
