This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll be involved in producing high-quality bespoke furniture to exacting standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating our panel saw safely and accurately.
- Cutting sheet materials from cutting lists and production drawings.
- Building bespoke furniture and cabinetry ready for installation.
- Assembling cabinets, drawers and internal components.
- Preparing furniture for delivery and installation.
- Checking quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe.
- Assisting other members of the manufacturing team when required.
- Taking ownership of your work and maintaining our high standards.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience working within a joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating a panel saw or similar woodworking machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately read cutting lists and technical drawings.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Experience manufacturing fitted furniture or kitchens.
- Experience using edge banders or CNC machinery.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Forklift licence (not essential).
