Working closely with the Head of People, you'll be encouraged to take ownership of projects that enhance recruitment effectiveness, improve hiring manager capability, strengthen employer brand activity and deliver a consistently positive candidate experience.
Additional Responsibilities
- Leading or supporting talent and recruitment improvement projects
- Reviewing existing recruitment processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Developing talent attraction strategies to support future growth plans
- Supporting employer brand initiatives and recruitment marketing activity
- Introducing new ideas, tools and approaches to improve hiring outcomes
- Using recruitment data and insights to make recommendations and drive change
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience delivering recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition improvements, not just filling vacancies
- Enjoys challenging existing ways of working and identifying smarter, more effective approaches
- Is commercially minded and confident making recommendations to stakeholders
- Can independently manage projects from concept through to implementation
- Wants to play a genuine role in shaping how recruitment is delivered within a growing organisation

Pay: £34,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
