We are a long-established company based in Hitchin specialising in the Installation, Service and Maintenance of a wide variety of air conditioning equipment. We have been serving London and surrounding home counties since 1999.
Here at AAC we are actively seeking a reliable, knowledgeable administrator to join our team and assist with our continued growth.
Provision of breakdown service from start to finish, assisting installation manager/maintenance manager when required together with general administration tasks when necessary.
Key Tasks:
- Deal with initial call from customer, ascertain issue and possible resolution
- Allocate breakdown engineer where required
- Obtain quotes for replacement parts
- Raise quotations to customer for remedial work following breakdown or service
- Liaise with suppliers regarding warranty items
- Assist Installation Manager with co-ordination of installation projects
- Assist Maintenance Manager with arranging service/maintenance visits
- Liaise with clients/staff/sub-contractors regarding work orders and queries
- Providing information to the Financial Controller for invoicing
- Provide Method Statements & Risk Assessments
- Data input to CRM Database
- Fgas & Refcom administration and renewals
- General office administration/answering phones/deliveries etc
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications:
Essential
- Excellent standard of English and Maths
- Excellent computer skills including Word; Excel; Outlook and Database applications
Experience:
Essential
- Experienced AC Breakdown Co-ordinator
- Database experience
- Logistics / scheduling experience
- Experience of dealing with customers/clients and contractors
Desirable
- Experience of Joblogic database system
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent inter-personal skills; able to influence, persuade and negotiate with all levels of people effectively
- Ability to cope under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to get to the heart of a problem and take it through to completion
Salary:
- c.£35-45k depending on experience
