Working alongside Steps Together's experienced Teams, we are seeking fun, hardworking support staff who can help us provide daily practical support and activities with our clients, and support our excellent programmes of clinical and therapy care.

The successful candidate must have:
Experience of working in a care, or support service setting - or willing to learn new skills as a support worker
A kind, caring and professional approach in their work
A willingness to support other colleagues and teams where needed
Applications will be strongly considered (but not essential) from applicants who :
- Have personal experience of addiction and recovery - either their own, or a family members
- Are currently seeking to progress from voluntary or casual support work into a more permanent role
