Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our Frankster's restaurant in Marylebone. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served to brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Monitor labour costs, food costs, and overall store profitability.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, and supplier deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, and company policies.
- Prepare staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and restaurant presentation.
- Ensure all operational checklists and company procedures are completed accurately.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and continuously improve store performance.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' management experience in a burger, grill, chicken, or fast-food/QSR environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experience managing stock, labour, and operating costs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with POS systems and delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat.
- Knowledge of KPI management, labour scheduling, and P&L performance.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience driving sales through upselling, local store marketing, and operational excellence.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
