About the role
We are looking for a Managed Services & Operations Executive to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of our managed services offering, including the storage, configuration, fulfilment, and ongoing support of mobile devices and IT equipment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring devices are deployed, managed, and supported throughout their lifecycle, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end managed services for customer devices
- Pre-stage and configure devices to customer specifications
- Manage device lifecycle activities (deployments, replacements, upgrades, leavers)
- Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse and 3PL partners
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate asset tracking
- Handle returns, warranty claims, and repairs
- Act as a point of contact for customer support requests
- Ensure all service requests are completed within SLA
- Identify and suggest process improvements
Support device enrolment using:
- Microsoft Intune
- Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Android Zero-Touch
- Samsung Knox
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience in operations, logistics, fulfilment, or customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with device management platforms (Intune, ABM, Knox, Zero-Touch)
- Warehouse or 3PL experience
- Understanding of device lifecycle or managed services

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
