Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable part-time evening office cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in a office setting, including dusting, vaccuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or hazards during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to the supervisor
Skills
- Previous experience in office cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous
