We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Carer to provide exceptional support and care to an individual in their own home on a rostered basis. Responsibilities
-Administering medication
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individual
- Assist with personal care
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with individual
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behaviour
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive between client residences
- Previous experience working in a care environment is essential;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ wellbeing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
