Better Days Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to deliver fun, engaging exercise classes that help older adults improve their strength, mobility, balance and confidence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-employed fitness professional looking to add regular daytime work alongside existing clients or other commitments.
You'll be joining a growing organisation that's passionate about improving the health, wellbeing and independence of older adults through safe, enjoyable group exercise.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver engaging group exercise classes for older adults
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment
- Motivate participants of all abilities
- Deliver sessions using our professionally designed class programmes
- Represent the Better Days Fitness brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

We'd love to hear from you if you are
- A qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Group Exercise Instructor or Personal Trainer (or equivalent)
- Confident leading group exercise classes
- Friendly, reliable and energetic
- Passionate about helping people stay active and independent
- Able to build rapport with participants from all backgrounds
Experience working with older adults or delivering chair-based exercise is welcome but not essential. Full programme guidance will be provided.
