Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | 40 hours/week + Overtime
Salary as provided by the client:
- Starting pay: £18.00/hour - £20.00/hour
- £52,800+ based on a 50-hour week
- £71,600+ based on a 60-hour week

About the Agricultural Engineer Role
We’re hiring an experienced Agricultural Engineer to carry out diagnostics, repairs and servicing of modern farm equipment both on-site and in the field. You’ll be supported with full technical training, modern tools, a company van, and a team that values high-quality engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Agricultural Engineer
- Diagnose, service, and repair a range of agricultural machinery
- Work with hydraulics, electrics, diesel and CANbus systems
- Attend scheduled maintenance and emergency breakdowns
- Complete digital job cards and diagnostics
- Support junior engineers as needed
- Liaise with parts and service departments
What We’re Looking For from an Agricultural Engineer
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Land-Based, Plant, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an agricultural Engineer or field service engineer
- Confident with mechanical and electrical fault-finding
- Strong work ethic and focus on safe, quality work
- Full UK driving licence required
