Overview
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to represent our home improvement business at our weekend show-site. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors to our show-site.
- Engage with potential customers.
- Provide basic information and brochures.
- Collate information for our sales team to contact and book appointments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming display area.
- Answer the phone in a professional manner.
- Take customer payments either over the phone or face to face.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Confident, approachable, and reliable.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently.
Pay: £12.71-£14.80 per hour
