Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Supervise and support children throughout their daily routines, including playtime, mealtime, and rest periods
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress, needs, and achievements
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating strong management skills, and guiding junior team members when necessary
- Support the implementation of early childhood education curricula aligned with best practices
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development, attendance, and daily activities
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and safeguarding procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,824.47 per year
