We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team.

Client: You will be supporting a 22-year-old male living with a brain injury, learning difficulties, and epilepsy, which is managed using a Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) device. The role involves providing person-centred support to help him remain safe, engaged, and as independent as possible both at home and in the community.
Hours: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £13.28 per hour
As a Support Worker, you will:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Support with personal care and daily living activities where required.

Monitor and support the client's epilepsy, following their individual care plan and responding appropriately to seizures.

Assist with community access, appointments, and meaningful activities.
-
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.

Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the wider team.

Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.

At least 6 months' experience in a care or support role (essential).

Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy, brain injuries, or learning disabilities is desirable.

A caring, patient, and dependable approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic IT skills for completing electronic care records.

An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

A full UK driving licence is desirable.

About The Role
